About the Ministry: Hope For All Outreach Center
Hope For All Outreach Center was founded in 2001, by Apostle Christopher E. Finch, and is located in the East New York, area of Brooklyn, NY. We believe that nothing happens by chance, and that everything is created with a God-given purpose. Hope For All Outreach Center is committed to rescuing, caring, serving, teaching, and equipping lost souls for Kingdom living. Our goal is to reach out to all people of all social, ethnic, and economic backgrounds and restore them back to the original purpose God intended for them in creation.
The mission of Hope For All is to build and restore families in the surrounding neighborhoods, while bringing them to the understanding and fulfillment of their purpose. We propose to accomplish this goal with family counseling, offering computer classes, tutoring, GED test prep and other services that will assist in empowering families. It is our belief by faith and proof that as we empower families, we empower communities. We are committed to providing the community with the necessary tools to succeed in life, and implore all of our family in Christ not only to find their purpose, but to embrace it.

About Our Pastor: Apostle Christopher E. Finch
Apostle Christopher E. Finch is the Pastor of Hope for All Outreach Center and President of the Hope for All Bible College. Apostle Finch is a native of Trinidad W.I. where he spent his childhood, and received his education. He completed his ministerial training under the tutelage of the United Pentecostal Churches, Inc. In June of 1998 he was ordained to the office of Pastor.
Apostle Finch completed his Biblical and theological disciplines through Community Bible Institute and Canon Bible College and Seminary where he received his Doctorate of Divinity.
In the spring of 2002, he founded Hope for All Bible College and Seminary. HBC is an integral component of Hope for All Outreach Center. Apostle Finch endeavors to see men and women thoroughly educated in the Word of God.
Apostle Finch has been given a global vision from the Lord to preach and teach the Word of God to the nations of the world. He is also used of the Lord as a Conference Speaker, and Pastor to teach and train Leaders. He preaches and teaches Biblical truths with revelation knowledge from the Lord in an effort to disciple and help Christians find their purpose and destiny in the Kingdom of God.
